Edit: switch the dph dose to sub-threshold. Still hallucinating and hearing voices, but not fully delusional

if completely nothing changed except my mental and physical being id rather be greening out because atleast i could balance it with some orange juice or something like that. the nic withdrawals would just make me kill myself
