Use gum instead. It's easier to use less, better for your lungs, and pretty much only stops cravings without giving you a buzz.

Hell, I think getting natural tobacco and using a bubbler/bong would be better than vaping. Downside is that gum comes in 8/16 packs vs having a whole bag of tobacco sitting around.

I chew gum all the time is the issue too
I think i just need to be always doing smt w my mouth sk even when im not chewing gum or smoking my jaw is always clenched so it cracks open soemtimes or gets stuck
