i felt like shit doing 4 hours of sleep at 2am but at 4am i feel normal after waking up & past 6am i feel like shit too idk what this means

Got stuck on a puzzle where I had to use glitter-glue to attach a photo of Niko to some robot ladies library card as to get to the archival room of the library and past the desk-guy. Shortly put I can't figure out what to shove into the huge machine in the camera-shoot room in the alleyway as to get it to work. Checked a guide and I need a "tube of water" but I'm none the wiser on how to get that.
