i think ive discussed it with you before but people just use nostalgia now cause its one of the easiest feelings to try to evoke, and people are suckers for nostalgia shit now so they eat it all up. no artistic integrity, or actual interest for the medium they reference so much, just using it cheaply to try to give depth to their art. it sucks because my shit is influenced by older media and graphic design trends and it makes it seem like everyone who actually has an interest in those things is also a nostalgiafag
