In 2017, I went on vacation with my dad and brothers to our nation's great capital of Washington D.C., and also Norfolk, Virginia.
I had been a huge fan of the Fallout "Tale of Two Wastelands" mod, so I was excited when our first stop in D.C. was Union Station, the travel point to the Mojave in the mod.
It was much larger than in game, but I was blown away by how similarly it looked.

Then I saw a bunch of black people trading drugs (presumably) and being obnoxious nearby around a statue of Columbus, and all of my whimsy faded

i played some indie shoot-em-up game today and it had a link to it's 'c0rd on the menu. i clicked it and scrolled around some bit. there was shitty art that couldn't get basic stickmen right but my favorite was this troon with 4-5 trans flags in it's profile that posted a video of itself irl showcasing it's troonslop game and it legit sounded like Kermit the Frog. the guy also had a fat as fuck hand as it was filming itself irl and the Kermit voice alongside that made me giggling and could not take this creature seriously. never do troonslop folks.
