I feel like soysneed is incompetent with running a website. The jannies are lazy and they leave 'p up for hours at a time. He hasn't even done anything interesting or fun with soybooru. I prefered the site when it was ran by the other person instead of him.

The biggest problem is that the approvers are lazy as shit, I've had posts in the queue waiting approval for hours on end during periods where warrior-z has been online replying to bait posts while ignoring the queue and if he's that bad I can't imagine how lazy the rest of the janny/approver cabal is

Every splinter has the same issue really, you have to fend off the undesirables and even if you do that everyone will still accuse you of being a pedo-hub, then you have to deal with the fact that your site will most likely end up being a DNB. Unless there's a big soypocalypse event its unlikely your site will gain traction, everyone forgets that the jarty was set up because people didn't like kuz because they thought he was a pedo.
