I still check behind the shower curtain before using the bathroom, and I check my car before getting in to make sure no one is going to stab me when I let my guard down.
Also with my car, I still end up convinced that someone is back there half the time.

Also, sometimes when I go into the bathroom, I'm convinced that there's someone on the toilet that I can't see, so I'll say "good, no one's in here" or something like that outloud. That way if there is someone I cant see, they know that and don't think I just decided to bust in and piss on them

I'm currently trying to find ways to make Farming Simulator more fun, so right now I'm doing a roleplay farm where the Third Reich won the war and took over the US East Coast and parts inland (up to around Iowa). So I'm using all German equipment (Deutz-Fahr, CLAAS, Fendt), I have license plates that match those used by the SS (SS, a hyphen, and then a six-digit code). I'm also using the exact same paint color for my vehicles as used by Germany during the war, a paint code called RAL 7021. The game has a mod that lets you enter RGB color codes for your vehicle's paint colors, so I figured why not.

Also my tractor has a tire inflation system and a front grille filter of some kind. I dunno, I thought it'd be fitting. There aren't a lot of German trucks in the ModHub so I'm using a 1950s Soviet dump truck and pretending it's a captured vehicle.

The editor was reluctant to go back. We all were, but he knew he had to. This time, the photo appeared to be of a little girl, no older than the first child. She was laying on her stomach, her barrettes in a pool of blood next to her. Her left eye was damaged in the same way as the boy, and she was naked, except for underpants. Her entrails were piled on top of her above another crude cut along her back. Again, the body was on the street and the photographer's shadow was visible, very similar in size and shape to the first. I had to choke back vomit, and one intern, the only female in the room, ran out. The show resumed. The animator was able to stop it on the 4th and backed up. This time, the photo was of a boy about the same age, but the scene was different. His entrails were being pulled out from his stomach wound by a large hand, the right eye popped and dangling, blood trickling down it. The animator proceeded. The next frame was different, but we couldn't tell how. He continued to the next image and it was the same thing. He then went back to the first and played them quicker, and I lost it. I vomited on the floor, the animation and sound editors gasping at the screen. The 5 frames were not 5 different photos; they were frames from a video. We saw the hand slowly lift out the guts, we saw the kid's eyes focus on it, we even saw two frames of the kid beginning to blink.
