Found the imageboard, it has user generated boards like fuggen jardee and it's pretty 'cordy. I think it's more likely they're leaking over their sncapedia page though because I saw them cry about it.
It definitely doesn't make sense to call it HTSMcord because shit like this is always organic and the site is too dead to do anything notable
