Most people say it fell off after the 2nd season, but truth is nobody even watched it, including me. People just forgot for some reason? The anime is based off the manga which is based off the webcomic, it's essentially raped twice.

That's why I completely lost interest in One Punch Man. It was good during the Cosmic Garou arc, but after that it got boring, and I don't know why
