my reading from quote is some level of megalomania; he sees himself as the only one whose will should dictate the site, which is a major reason for the spite he has for this pretty tame site, as he sees it as a threat to his authority and driving attention away from the sharty/booru. seemingly contradictory doe, is his disinterestedness for the site, unless it involves blanket site interaction, where any post is a good post and any post that gets reppeys is better than one that gets less.
