idk where to even find people my only real options are my neighborhood but idk how to talk to someone randomly without it being weird or even finding people out since i dont see many people walking other than old people

Go further out than just your neigborhood goto a place that interests you, find an event, if you live in a city or near one (busses exist) its super easy to find people because of how many people are around, I have met a handful of people on my own who have similar interests like certain shit like runescape, cs source, halo and its lore, doom, and music
And some old people are aproachable too if that matters literally if they are just sitting down they will talk about some next bullshit for ages but thats usually casual small talking to pass time idk if thats what amerimutt oldheads are like though
