That's all gaming laptops doe, they never last long. The newer models have the liquid metal issue which is a major flaw if you use the laptop wrong because one small leak onto the motherboard could brick your laptop instantly

Fuck liquid metal, I know the same shit happens to PS5s where if you keep it vertically (like in the advertising) the liquid metal will eventually seep out and destroy the thing, just figure out how to get a vapor chamber in there instead

I did run Mojave on a Razer Blade Stealth back during the pandemic, it actually worked pretty well outside of Wi-Fi not working, had I swapped the chip I’d have a perfect low end MacBook Pro in a kind of ugly, garish body with an RGB keyboard

It's because Sony is a shit company that doesn't apply the protective foam barrier ,which stops liquid metal from leaking, properly in production. They do this on purpose because of planned obsolescence like with their controllers because they earn more money from you buying new controllers instead of going thru the effort of adding TMR sticks.

Even their "defenses" against this planned obsolescence are blatant scams, take those analog stick modules from the DualShock Elite, instead of doing this shit they could just offer Hall Effects or TMRs (which they CAN do, the PSVita-1000 has Hall Effect joysticks ffs) but they don't because it makes more money to sell stick modules that are also flawed and will break to you (that are also usually sold out)
