like at the start he talks about how its some sort of "art" that can't be really enable pedophilic thoughts but at the 7 or 8 minute mark the video confirms that it is indeed porn and it has something to with child characters in sexual scenarios but he says that we can use loli to treat pedophiles so that they don't abuse children.

This is unrelated to the main topic, but art is also valued for the amount of effort it took to create. Higher effort usually means better product. The reason banana on wall is universally reviled and the Mona Lisa isn't, is because one took infinitely more effort than the other to create.

I would say that banana wall is a funny artwork trolling everyone so that makes it good in my eyes.
Most of the time artistic value is given by how it was created and how it potrays its message.
some artworks that are created in normal time are still seen as high value.

You can spend 100 years on shit but at the end of the day if you don't change it its still shit
