Never played any of them so I’ll take your word for it, I’ll probably pirate the original RE4 once I’m done with a few games on my list

Also 2 and 3 seem better than the first Uncharted, the first game kind of seems Naughty Dog being too busy wrangling with Cell so the best they could do was “what if we made Tomb Raider but instead of having good platforming and janky shooting it had the most boring platforming ever and 7/10 shooting”. Because I’ve completed Golden Abyss and even that has more in terms of set pieces and puzzles

No it doesn’t, Uncharted 4 is Neil Cuckmann leaking over Amy Hennoob for 15 hours straight and turns Nate into a gay cuck who gets emasculated by a sreal womang black kween, it was The Last of Us 2 before The Last of Us 2

Uncharted 4 was a fucking disgrace and the only reason why you didn't hear as many people complain about is is that the franchise isn't as big as the last of us + a lot of the people who played and liked 4 have probably never played the original trilogy

The first game was just naughty dog throwing shit at the wall to see what sticks since they didn't know what to do with the ps3's hardware potential. Uncharted 2 was a major improvement and probably the best game in the series, but uncharted 3 holds a place in my heart too even if it felt unnecessary and a bit cheap at times. I liked the boat segment contrary to what most other people believe, I think having a fight on a Somalian pirate sea filled on top of floating pieces of junk was very creative. And I don't think anyone has done anything similar before outside of water world maybe.

This kind of shocks me to be honest, I was a 360 kid but growing up I saw them pushing Uncharted heavily and I always thought “man if I had a PS3 instead I could be playing this, this looks so cool”

I think the game dropping in 2016 also helps it, people were less tuned to this type of liar bullshit compared to 2020 when the pandemic hit
