In my opinion, the most recent owners and their admins sucked due to many controversial events surrounding them and the dummyed changes they've made to the sites. The only owner that goes against my own opinion would be doll, even if his ownership was only for some weeks, I still think he would've managed the sites better than anyone else. Of course, we still have to see what this "new" owner has to offer us.

Knowing well how cacas behave in a site as chaotic as the sharty or even worse, the booru, he probably won't revert it.
As well as the fact that most failtrolls and disruptive communities that target the sharty and its sites have most of their members being minors, so I don't think that he will undo that ban wave, but I wish so; I miss seeing @Sloppyjakky shitflinging with jimbrap and olgol

That's what I've been thinking the last hour: if he removes the range ban and most of my user base goes back to the sharty and the site's PPD, it's little to none, I might shut it down, as I don't wanna keep wasting money maintaining a site nobody uses but myself, of course I will stay loyal in maintaining the site as some of them don't wish to comeback to the sharty even if the range ban is lifted.

I think it's kinda obvious (for me); this is just a desperate attempt at gaining their users' trust back after much shit that was going on in the sites over the last months (fur'cord, rule changes, unbanning controversial users, allowing ironic pedo jokes, and other SNCA), in other words:
