Steam isnt as mid as epic games launcher I will be honest, but in terms of software design its like comparing trash to garbage
Steam takes too damn long to load even on the fastest of hardware, bloated in the literal sense (not the dummyed cacay linux redditor definition of bloat), like why not use something like crossplatform like qt or whatever its called, not something that is based on chromium for the launcher side, it just makes no fucking sense and is designed inconveniently, even on valve hardware it takes fucking ages to load steam's desktop client
