when i first started smoking cigs i used to break the filters. thankfully i stopped, but when i smoke blunts or joints now and it has a plastic filter i always chew on it.

i have a problem where i chew stuff and my teeth hurt. i think its dummyed and fucking sucks. i chew my nails, fingers, forks, spoons, plastic, my own cheeks, my tongue, containers, cups, wires, chargers and among other objects. i dont like mentioning it because it sounds really sped and like one of those character cartoon """quirks""" but this is an actual problem for me because i chipped my tooth and broke atleast 7 chargers because of it.
