Cargo's anti-rulesGODing stance reminds me a bit too much of Moonmetropolis, but I like his enthusiasm in creating new events.

I feel like Goot would follow the philosophy of "Banning even if no rules were broken simply to keep site quality high" which I personally and many schlog oldcaca endorse. He might get a bit too trigger happy though.
