You are given only two answers to choose from, yes, and no. (No more than that, just two one-word answers)
Once you have chosen one of the two provided answers for one question, you HAVE to choose the other answer.
E.g. If you answered "yes" for Q1, you have to answer "no" for Q2 (and vice versa), failing to do so will break the rules of the challenge and you are disqualified.
You also cannot choose which question you can answer first, the first question that is asked will be the first question you have to answer.
