Is the Negrotech interface based on an open standard?

I've been thinking about it quite a bit lately and I'm starting to doubt it, my guess is that the Negrotech software (running on the nooblink) is based on MINIX, much like the Intel Management Engine.
And like that, I've started speculating that there's a grace period involved... but it's 8 minutes instead of 30 to resupply it with fent. We already know Droyd's nooblink is powered by a neuro-flex data hustle chip too, though the ISA is still a mystery. Probably Fentanium.
I also got off the phone with Tim Cook earlier and unfortunately Apple's brightest engineers still aren't able to decode the Huffman tables in the ROM, so a lot of this stuff is just guessing. What do you think?
