I had this game idea that was top down, but then you'd get a special "sacred item" (just like the heckin ocarina of time )
that let your switch it to platformer view
The idea being that if there was a wall in your way top-down, maybe you'd find a path to walk through in platformer mode (cause you'd only see the top layer in top down.
Everything else in the game was basically just Zelda rip-offs with unique weapons like in God of War, and also I realized the main mechanic would he tedious as hell.
I did have a half-written lore book (which also sucked) though

Classic DOOM-esque FPS game, except you play as a firefighter and all the demons are made out of fire. Extinguishers, fire hoses and foam grenades as weapons. Also probably all ages oriented, so there will be a lot of slapstick comedy mixed in.
