What would make something be considered 'p? Let's define porn:

pornography​

noun

1: the depiction of erotic behavior (as in pictures or writing) intended to cause sexual excitement

2: material (such as books or a photograph) that depicts erotic behavior and is intended to cause sexual excitement

3: the depiction of acts in a sensational manner so as to arouse a quick intense emotional reaction the pornography of violence

We would have to ask ourselves the question: Was it pornographic? Was the Joel drawing designed to be sexual or cause sexual excitement? Probably not and if it is then the chud with his pants down would be considered porn. Is the subject underaged? Yeah. Is it weird? Probably. Is it 'p? No, not really

It's in a gray area with a blurry line but I don't think we should accuse others of 'p over soyjaks unless it's definitely pedophilic in nature. Just my opinion on this topic or something

But seriously, I do think it’s weird and is definitely borderline ‘p. Joel admitted he was 15 a while ago and this just doesn’t sit right with me. Also the whole “it’s just a drawing” thing isn’t an excuse, Texas law is banning lolicon you know

I think it’s a pretty stupid argument to call something like this “child porn.” That’s like telling a fifth grader that he’s under arrest for possessing CSAM because he doodled a stick man caricature of his arch-rival school bully running through the streets naked. Is this old page from the “No, David!” children’s book series a case of GRAPHIC, DISGUSTING CHILD PORNOGRAPHY too?
