story idea I came up with

[PRINCE VEGETA]

a man is hit by a truck and his spirit is teleported to a place called Hoops Then Eats Valley. In HTE Valley the stongrest participants of hoops then eats survive, so you must be great at basketball but also be a gourmet with a powerful appetite. Being a great hoops then eatser is not just about skill but also honor. The main character must fight to go from a "random kid" (see pic below) to the greatest hooper and eater making him the king of Hoops Then Eats Valley

The Lynchian twist is that the universe he got hit by a truck in was actually the Eats Then Hoops town and after winning the world championship he got a tummy ache from balling so fucking hard and forgot to look left and right at the crosswalk
