I recently bought the game after my friend begged me to buy it, honestly should've done it earlier it's really fun.

I think there's supposed to be some skill involved on the higher difficulties but I always just play terraria like cookie clicker, I can't remember ever struggling with a boss and having the solution be anything other than to just go get better items. Probably why real women like the game so much, feelzgud to get better items and be sreal womanger or kill the boss, but actually doing so is mostly just busywork to suck up your time like mining or building some gay farm. Mods are also harder, but I just got carried through Calamity when I played it lole.
