What's your favorite easy to make recipe

Grab a tin of baked beans, a tin of tuna stored in spring water and stir them together in a pot for approximately four minutes on high heat. If you feel daring, throw in a hearty dollop of tomato relish. 600~ calories with around 60g~ of protein. I chow down on this at-least twice a week, very filling. My mother refers to it as dog food haha.

I toast a bagel and then make four poached eggs and put two eggs on each half of the bagel with some salt and pepper. If I have ham then I'll put a slice on the bagel and then the eggs on top.

encuentro de nubes. get a pan, put it on a stove, turn the stove to 4, get some vegetable oil, pour a bit into the pan, take a quarter of a bag of tortillas, rip them into small pieces, put them into the pan, add a bit of salt, flip and let the tortilla pieces sit there until the tortilla pieces are quasi-crispy, add 3-4 eggs, add a tiny bit more salt, flip and let them sit there until the food is crispy, put them on a plate, get some salsa (i prefer my homemade red salsa), dip or pour said salsa into the encuentro de nubes, and voilà, there's how you make my go-to food of choice.

it's its own food

I choose grilled cheese sandwich and tomato soup. You dip the grilled cheese sandwich in the tomato soup
I do this, but with garlic butter and salami for the grilled cheese.
Burgers are easy
Also eggs. I usually do 6 scrambled eggs with lemon juice, tajin, cheese, and sour cream. Tastes good, but also looks like the definition of goyslop

Note to self, do NOT use sardines as a stand in for tuna.

Try adding those tiny sausages instead of tuna. Would go better with baked beans
