the more you say something like "sharty will be dead within 1/2/3 weeks/months" the more its rotting carcass will linger on for an extended period of time
people constantly said that the site was finally gonna shut down under froot. that didn't happen. (we lost the .party domain though)
if it's not gonna shut down under froot then I do not think it's going to shut down under Quote. it's not like he's technically incompetent but he's taking the exact same approach that Froot took during the end of his reign.
I do not know where it goes from here but I don't think it's going to be anything wonderful nor catastrophic. it's probably just going to stay in the same status of stagnation until everyone eventually loses their interest in the site.

The difference is the competence and experience of the administrator + janny roster.
