The peace sign comes from V-Day (victory day commemorating the surrender of Japan). It used to be symbolic of peace within ww2 and evolved to mean peace in general. Moon is using it as a signal that the feds defeated the shroom

Yeah. You also need to grow the beard you can. Moon doesn't have enough growth on his chin to grow a big beard like he seems to be going for.
