I hate the feeling I get after I wake up

Very recently I've started to develop some weird thing where I feel horrible after just waking up, it's like an unbearable feeling of dread mixed with impending doom. Doesn't matter if I sleep 2 hours or 12, it's still there. I thought it was the appetite stimulant I started taking but I cut that off and it seems to have actually gotten worse as a result. Few days ago I just wanted to break down and start crying for seemingly no good reason at all while I was taking a shower. Any of you experience something similar?

I think years of taking meds has rewired your brain chemistry.
