This addon allows for anyone to customize their profile pages, custom titles, banners and the like with CSS, think MySpace or old YouTube. Jannies can control what can and can't be customized as to keep things in-check. Consider adding this, the page itself elaborates much more then I ever could.

There's no mention of JavaScript on the page, it only extends to CSS if I'm not mistaken. From the screenshots given, nothing mentions javascript exclusive features and the injection of local scripts.
