My grandparents are coming over for dinner tonight at six. I made brownies for dessert later. My little brother destroyed his nintendo switch in a fit of autistic rage and was crying for around an hour until I came downstairs to make the brownies. My dad brought me home a vanilla milkshake when he picked up my sister from school. A dress I ordered a week or so ago arrived today and it fits very nicely. I've been making good progress on the book I'm currently reading. I'm overall pleased with how today is going.
 
My grandma says she'll take me out shopping and to lunch on Monday, so that's exciting. My grandma has taken me thrift shopping ever since I was little. You can find some interesting little nick-knacks if you look hard enough. I've bought most of my porcelain dolls from thrift stores. I actually found a really nice wooden curio cabinet with a working light for only $45 when I was out with her last. I was going to pay for it myself, but she bought it for me which was very nice. It was strange to see thrift shopping become trendy in real time over the past few years. Even then, it doesn't diminish the enjoyment. Before my family moved into my current home, we used to live around an hour or so away from my grandparents. Since we didn't see them as often as we do now, my grandma would bring us lots of toys she had found from at thrift store or at yard sales. It was very exciting for a young sodack to get a baggie full of littlest pet shop toys or whatever else I was obsessed with at the time. She's always been good with coupons and finding deals. It was raining earlier, so I opened my curtains. I don't normally open them since I like to stay away from the sun, but I enjoy the rain enough to make exceptions. My grandma brought a chocolate cake she bought from the store over, so now there are two desserts. My grandparents complimented my new dress, saying it fits me like a glove and looks very beautiful. My two main sources of happiness have been fulfilled, those being dresses and chocolate (the non autistic ones, at least).
 
I was at the mall yesterday and the cashier at Auntie Anne’s gave me a pretzel and lemonade for free because she thought my outfit was pretty. I said “oh, well I dress like this every day” and she said “well, you can have a free pretzel every day!”. Two old ladies also gave me a a five dollar cash tip at work “just for you because you’re so cute.” I got another ten dollar cash tip as well. An old man also said “your cherry earrings match your red lips..” while I was ringing him up which was really uncomfortable.

A lot of those types of old men are probably spergs that learned their rizz through trial and error

I’ve had other encounters like that with old men doe, like when I was at the grocery store an old guy asked me “Are you going to a play?” And I said “no, I’m just fancy every day!” He replied “well, it’s very nice, very pretty!” And I said “oh, thank you.” And then he said “it’s good for my eyes..” which just ruined the whole encounter.

I bought new tights at the mall on Monday. This one black guy kept saying “Alice in wonderland, Alice in wonderland, right?” to me as I walked past. I got a lot of compliments on my outfit, though. Today I’m getting out to breakfast with my parents and I’m wearing my new tights. I’m going to ship some things I sold online after at the post office. The waitress said she loved my dress and my earrings just now, so today has started off good.
