the 9000 series is really old for a new build, why not go for AM4 with like a 5800X3D if you can get one for a reasonable price that's the "meta"

Also is that 32gb of ram? Check how much you're using now (worst case scenario) and decide whether it's worth it or not. You can always upgrade later if you leave some slots empty. 16Gb should be fine for most people.

Also consider upgrading your peripherals. Many gaymers have monstrous computers but shit mouses/keyboards, shit audio, fucking VA or TN monitors. Disgusting.

Well yeah that's prettymuch the best single-core preformer actually the non-X3D CPUs have a higher clock speed so they technicallly score higher on mass processing tasks but the X3D processors are best for stable FPS because the extra low-latencey cache works well with videogames
