I think (in America at least) it helps prosecution claim discrimination, which is an added charge.
For example, you can't get in trouble for calling someone a real woman. BUT if you commit a crime while calling them a real woman, you get in more trouble than if you had just committed the crime.
That only applies if there's a crime, THOUGH. In this case, the real woman is just delusional and hopefully wastes some money on consulting before he realizes he's a delusional real woman afterall.
