It seems so. I was going off old info since they said it would be vr a gorillion years ago but it seems they realized that was dumb for a main entry.
Again, it's very hard to fuck up a half-life game. As long as the shootouts and action scenes are cool and fun it'l be decent. The only way they could fuck it up is if they start doing snca like cinematics and marvel-tier writting, akin to what GOW ragnarok did.
