Sure but there is also the matter of how much you use your phone. Mine, despite having pretty shit battery life, has to be charged once every 4-5 days. Can you say the same?
Basically I'm asking if you NEED the battery life. Any settings that make the battery last for one day should suffice- you get home, you charge overnight.

it really depends. when i'm at school monday-thursday i need it more, but otherwise no. i have to charge it once every two school days since even LTE is a big battery drainer. at home i just use my pc or xbox
also it's not just about battery life, i want to use this phone for a long time. my pixel 6a's battery was toast after a mere 300 cycles kek

My previous phone which I had used for 3 years still has amazing battery life. I still use it for the banking app because I don't know how to move it to my new phone lol.
I have to charge it once every 3-4 weeks. Of course it doesn't do much because it's idle most of the time but I distinctly remember being disappointed that my new phone, with a new battery had worse battery life than the abused 3 year old $130 xiaomi. Also you can always replace the battery after like 4-5 years to basically reset the phone's usefulness. Compromising on the user experience to gain battery life is just not something I agree with.

that wasn't the case with the pixel. those things are glued together for water resistance i think. it's not impossible but it's not something i wanna do
but you do have a point though, my new phone isn't water resistant at all and i think it's held together by plastic clips. i'll think about it.

pixel had none of that shit, i got it for $150 new but if i paid the $400 msrp id be so disappointed

Windows phones were an underated gem. I probably wouldn't have ever owned one because of the lack of app support but it's overhated and it had some good ideas

I tried taking a nap despite getting 3 hours of sleep. It didn't work, my mind wouldn't shut off.

Time for some instant coffee. I like this stuff, it's very potent for its price & density.


I don't even drink it hot. I just add it to room temperature water and stir. It tastes horribly bitter.
