why dont we just give one week bans and remove image perms from people who repeatedly post cado or pay gorn instead of permabanning them

After seeing 6 people getting banned for cado because of the same two dummys I've realized threatening to permaban everyone over it will simply cause the problem to disappear permanently and I won't have to deal with it ever again
