it's free now too but i paid $20 for it like a goy
anything retroarch can emulate (PC-98 i think? maybe old Windows too) can be played. there's also emulators for the ps2 and gc, but idk if 2hu even had games on those. probably not
or if there's just a UWP version of touhou games, which i highly doubt
