Snowrunner albeit it has a lot of DLC and the mud physics are worse than Mudrunner but the graphics are good and it's an easy 300 or so hours of gameplay in the base game alone, doebeit I havent played it outside of xbox
Mudrunner, only like 3 dlc (2 are free) and is getting over it but you drive logs thru the mud
BeamNG.drive, no DLC a shitton of mods but nothing much to do apart from police chases, races and crashing cars
My summer car, a more mechanical car game where you look after a shitbox in 90s Finland
Car Mechanic Simulator 18/21/whateverfuckingyear - You fix cars, you can buy them to race them
Retro Garage - Commieslop car game that has 50s-90s cars both European and Russian to fix up and race also it's F2P
Forza 5 - some DEIslop and the physics kinda suck cause the cars are too stiff but it can make for an okay-ish rally game, it has a lot of DLC though
Forza Motorsport - a lot of it is going to reddit (@Goot gtfih) for the most "optimal" car build or you lose
Euro Truck sim 2 - Planned bus and car update in the future, you drive trucks across europe, some parts of the map are horrible others (mainly the alps and the nordics) are really well detailed, also a lot of map DLC
American Truck sim - Same as ETS2 but in America
Keep driving - more or less a "management" game where you manage yourself and your car, potentially also hitchhikers to drive across a fictionalized version of 90s sweden
Pacific Drive - you look after a shitbox that looks like a mercedes benz wagon also theres stalker-esque anomalies and its an extraction shooter without guns
Crossout - Gaijinslop where you make mad max esque cars also it's F2P
Mudrunner: Expeditions - worse sequel of mudrunner, you just do a lot of offroading in jeeps yeah
Roadcraft - you build roads and offroad also look after cars and fix them
Euro Truck Simulator 1 - bad unless you get mods to fix the controls, its reminiscent of 90s / early 2000s european trucking but you cant actually make your trucks look cool like they did back then
Trackmania - you race f1 cars in hotwheels tracks and thats it
the sand roadtrip game: unity assetslop where you look after some pickup truck in the desert idk
the long drive: you fix 70s - 90s soviet era shitboxes and get raped by zombies
asphalt 8 and 9 - microtransaction slop where you race cars

thats all the ones i remember off the top of my head that arent farming sim or something, or motortown
