Rulecuck or Rulescuck?

I see people say rulescucking which sounds very ESL and wrong. It's also more annoying to say compared to rulecuck. Typically compound words should have the first noun be singular. Gamemaker, stonemason, horseman. There are exceptions like arms race but rulecuck isn't one of them. Any pro-Rulescuck explanation you provide is cope and ESL
