yeah, it's embedded, you have to use another software to check/remove them

just google "exif data checker" or whatever and check if it says longitude and latitude or whatever

If you’re a phoneposter the easiest way to remove metadata is to just screenshot the IRL photo you took while cropping it but still making sure nothing else shows up even if it’s cropped since people can revert it

With drawings it sucks because if you want metadata removed from (digital) drawings you have to either screenshot it (which kills the resolution) or strip its metadata (which also kills the resolution in most drawing programs)

pretty sure some don't, I use krita, and it usually asks if I want to save metadata before exporting
