Have a regulated website and an unregulated one about the same niche, and the unregulated website will inevitably come to harbor all of the users the regulated website bans, including the worst ones. Contrary to popular phenomenon the jarty wasn't always as bad as during it's final days, it was a slow process where the worst users the sharty banned replaced the native jarty population and Lute choosing to do nothing about it because unrulecucking was the site's whole thing, up until he just pulled the plug out of shame.
The dnb that is the nu-shemmy also went through jartyfication, it's noobhell.

honestly i've reflected on this, and i believe that the unmoderated place all the undesirables go to is the shiwi. Think about it, they have mersault, bibisea liker, and not that long ago they had spate hicks and fucking soygoy.
It's been a while since i last checked out the shiwi, but the post quality there has probably downgraded in some shape or form. Soygoy isn't even banned from 'wifarms, he just got thread banned from the shiwi after he spammed it with furry porn for days.

I really don't like how Null keeps ignoring reports on actual pedophiles and kids just because the shiwi sucks. I kept reporting @Soot (not this one, the one on kiwifarms) like a week before he admitted to trying to groom Dr. Cobson, who was @NOME, for pedophilic comments. Null kept refusing to ban Spate Hicks for some reason despite him being obviously underage.
