In the context of gang warfare, wouldn't the noobs benefit from the use of a cheap, asymmetrical and highly offensive weapon such as a bomb? I mean for the price of one of their shitty Glocks with drum mags, can't they arm Tyrone with 6 pipe bombs and simply lob them over cover?
I suppose for optimal strategy in case of an open skirmish, he can be armed with 4 pipe bombs and a shitty hi point just in case
