I find smelling good is important as is a very easy way to stand out because only a small amount of men actually wear cologne.

However, I see videos like this where they have a wall or a shelf full of like 1488 fragrances (each one is worth like $200 btw) including spongebob eau de toilette or some other n nonsense like that.

Maybe I can just chalk it up as modern consumerism of everything, just like when you see in social media with other things like coffee, hiking, pc parts, room decor, reading, list goes on. Or maybe, the first colognes are a gateway drug to a masive soy collection of every last one.
Note: third one is a bad example because he's actually a giga, but still

i transheart smelling good
I transheart smells tied to memories. I can go buy the deodorant I used at 15 and immediately feel like I did back then. I can go buy the shitty cologne I stole from dollar tree when I was 18 and feel like I did back then.
Your senses add to life, so why not add something new now and again?

My collection is small, I have a shitty zara uomo (1 million clone) I got gifted this Christmas and one I found at the back of the closet while spring cleaning. However, I went to try some and decided to get a Dior Sauvage
one million was overused back in the day but it still has its charm. dior sauvage is overused nowadays unless you're getting sauvage elixir.
arabic fragrances are still underrated and cheap, while smelling good.

i went to some new perfume shop and there was, at the time, a new fragrance that i noticed after trying out some from the vendor.

anyway, it was like exactly $301 dollars minus taxes. but i haggled and made the price go to like around $200. it is quite a good fragrance and it lasts a while too

don't go to the vendors at a mall unless you know what you're looking for. i was lucky that this was the real fragrance, since it was at a mall, but it was by a nationwide store retailer that actually sold real designer fragrances, and not just some person selling them on mall walkways (some colombian woman was the latter and tried scamming me for a fake jean paul gaultier bottle and a fake dior sauvage that literally said savage[kek]).

I have a highly developed sense of smell since I am blind so it actually hurts my head— I remember when my mother would make me wear perfume I was too embarrassed to tell her that it nauseated me.
