fun fact fallout 3 has a 4k 60 port on the newer xbox consoles while new vegas is stuck at 720p and reddit people leak over it to this day

tactics is ass you have to be baiting, 3 is kinda mid compared to other ones and there arent many mods for it but its not that bad

3 has the best atmosphere by far imo, it actually made me want to stop playing in long sessions because of how ugly and depressing it is. Sure you could argue that they fucked that part up (originally supposed to take place a short time after the war) but New Vegas doesn't even feel all that post-apocalyptic (even 4 does better)

I hated 4 because i hated all the factions but then i realized years later that's the fucking point

Invest a sizeable amount of your skill points to gambling and gamble your way in a casino and you will never worry about money ever again for the rest of the game.

Fallout 4 is an action game and can barely be called an rpg. Fallout 3 and new vegas are good. Never played the others.

They basically admitted this when they changed VATS to a time slowing mechanic instead of a real pause.
Not saying that's necessarily bad but it's closer to a quick time event than a strategic gamble.

I like fallout 3 and new vegas because of the rpg elements. I would have preferred it if they made fallout 4 as a new franchise with a different name.

Only thing 4 did right was make the power armor actually feel like power armor

holy rent free i didnt play any of the fallout games but i did try the first one i had to install a VM and everything

it was more fun to watch than actually play though

Only good fallout game. It took me four different play throughs over 2~ years to beat because I kept getting softlocked.
