interesting thing i noticed on my last 'ru post. it was a efforterald, and clearly that was shown by the response in votes and other responses on xitter, but it got very little comments. im pretty sure most people engage in comments to discuss namecaca, which the 'toss lacked. it was also not polarizing or contained any dramatic elements, which might have also led to less active reception. im probably scrutinizing bald man glasses image archive too harshly with a sociological lense, but food for thought.

i'd rather have a bigger number that signifies that people liked something i made than a bunch of spergs talking about completely irrelevant drama and derailing my post kinda.

it makes sense though doesn't it? there's more to discuss (or post about) when it comes to people rather than the image you're looking at
