Here is my experience with deliriant doses (600mg+)
I'm not going to break dosages down, mainly because all my experiences with dph bleed together.
I was paranoid and felt so much dread. It's like I was terrified, but not about anything in particular.
It felt impossible to move, and my mouth was so dry that water didn't help for long.
I saw a shadow figure my first time, but I only saw it just long enough to be scared shitless.
There's two types of hallucinations in my experience:
"real world" hallucinations, where something in your surroundings looks like something else. I was always fully aware it wasn't real in these cases. (I.e. my arm hair looking like spiders crawling up my arm)
"full hallucination" is when you disconnect from reality and see something that isn't there. Sometimes you just see people in your surroundings, sometimes your surroundings disappear and it's like you're somewhere else entirely (almost always something you're familiar with: work, a friend's house, etc)
These were much harder to recognize as hallucinations. I've had times where I felt like I was running the register at my job, and I felt rushed by a big line and afraid they would realize I'm high. Even when I did recognize it as a hallucination, it was hard to convince myself to just walk away from the register. If I had gotten back from my dad's house before taking dph, I'd see my room at his house in full detail. One time I took it after spending the night before hanging out with my brother and his friends, and I saw them all sitting around and talking in the corner of my room. You can also influence these by planning your day around it. I've been able to have tons of WW1 hallucinations by playing battlefield for a few hours prior. That was the closest I got to "horror," because most of those hallucinations were me getting overrun and gunned down in a trench. Pretty cool.
Also, one thing that shocked me was the auditory hallucinations. I always figured "voices in your head" would sound like someone talking right next to you, but they were so real that I could actually "tell" the direction they were coming from and how far away they were.
Also, I could "see through" my eyelids, even the next morning.
All in all it's terrible for you and you feel like shit the entire time.
I've never had "time skips" on it. Ironic, because I hated when I'd get them on DXM, but I wish I could have experienced them on DPH because it's fucking awful and I regretted it everytime (still did it way too often anyway, convinced the next time would be better [it wasnt])
