Yeah, I remember the aussie. That wasn't until later on when he started making money and could pay other people to narrate & write videos for him. Last I saw he would have people animate videos where he and their characters would get into embarrasing or sexual situations as told by Plebbit.

It was like rage comics, anybody could make a comic using the format or based off of the format. I think you might be referring to the Uncle Dolan Show.
There was also one guy on Deviantfart called 1gga who made HD quality Dolan comics for several years.
