Europe honeslty fucked up big time they had an entire continent to themselves with an extremely technologically and mentally backwards population that they could have molded into an extension of themselves if they had tried, heck if you didn't even want an African majority they could have just banned migration to the US or wherever the fuck their Europoor migrants were going at the time and just move them to Africa.
