well i hopefully i can figure out how to sweeten it when the yeast is done eating all of the sugars and i filter out the gunk and have the good stuff

well i hopefully i can figure out how to sweeten it when the yeast is done eating all of the sugars and i filter out the gunk and have the good stuff

adding sugar will probably cause it to ferment again since you have to do things to get rid of the yeast first
