This guy on yt keeps commenting on my videos with stuff like "ywnbarw ACK" and "join the 41 ACK". I'm assuming it's something hateful, but idk

This compounded with the context stated - a transphobe, is also referring to the overwhelmingly high statistic (41%) of transgenders committing suicide. The purpose of this onomatopoeia is to offend the listener , that being a trans person. For example - they may cut off a trans person mid sentence and say "ACK!" as a way to make fun of them by insinuating they committed suicide by hanging mid sentence.
