because God gives everyone a chance, if the pedo or the child molester truly repented, the person would’ve changed and went to God
the UNFORGIVABLE sin however is repeatedly rejecting God willfully, it’s called the unforgivable sin because you wouldn’t even have the urge to ask God for forgiveness
